CAUTION Advised with this dentist

After almost four months of holding our deposit and three visits to their office, one of the dentists called to say they would not be providing the Invisalign to my child after all and that we should find another dentist. They refunded the deposit but we wasted four months waiting for the order to be processed (which they had not processed correctly) and three trips from out of town to their office. I should have known caution should be used with this dentist when I saw the sign they keep at their front entrance which informs patients that they will not use a certain large chain pharmacy, and when questioned about why, I was told it was because the dentists didn't like the way the pharmacy handled one of their prescriptions.
